Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Germany and to selected countries within the European Union.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within 2–5 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the order process and must be borne by the customer, unless free shipping is offered.

Shipping Process
Shipping is carried out via a shipping service provider selected by us. It is not possible for the customer to choose the shipping company.

Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are handed over to you.
