Terms and Conditions (T&C) with Customer Information

I. General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between us,
stealz.de / Seeburger & Köhler, represented by the partners Maximilian Seeburger, Johann Köhler,
and our customers via our online shop.

(2) Our offers are directed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract

(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

(3) The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms

(1) All prices stated are total prices and include the applicable statutory VAT.

(2) Shipping costs are shown separately.

(3) The available payment methods are displayed in the shop.

(4) The purchase price is due immediately.

§ 4 Delivery

(1) Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

(2) Delivery times are indicated in the respective offer.

(3) The risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are handed over to the customer.

§ 5 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 6 Warranty (Used Goods!)

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) In deviation from this, the limitation period for warranty claims for used goods is one year from delivery of the goods.

(3) This limitation does not apply:

in cases of damage resulting from injury to life, body or health

in cases of intent or gross negligence

in cases of fraudulent concealment or guarantee

for statutory recourse claims

§ 7 Liability

(1) We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

(2) In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

§ 8 Applicable Law

(1) German law shall apply.

(2) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
